Applicable to orders between 0.00and60.00.
Cost: $8.88.
Delivery Time: 7–15 business days within the continental United States.
Tracking details will be emailed once your order is dispatched.

Expedited Shipping
Available for all order values.
Cost: $16.88.
Delivery Time: 3–7 business days within the continental United States.
Includes priority handling and insurance coverage.

Free Shipping
Applicable to orders of $60.00 or more (subtotal before taxes and discounts).
Delivery Time: 7–15 business days within the continental United States.
Excludes custom designs and oversized items.

Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Cutoff Time: Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST will be processed the next business day.

Carriers
We use USPS, UPS, or FedEx based on destination efficiency. Carrier selection is automated for optimal delivery.

Packaging Standards
Every vase is secured with biodegradable recycled paper and double-wall corrugated boxes.
Fragile labels are applied to all packages for careful handling.

Delivery Limitations
We currently ship only to addresses within the continental United States.
PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, and international locations are not supported.

Address Accuracy
Verify your shipping address during checkout.
To modify an address after placing an order, contact us within 24 hours via email.
Rerouting fees ($8–$15) apply if changes are requested after shipment.

Lost or Damaged Items
Report damaged items within 48 hours of delivery by emailing photos to support@trendserhop.shop.
For lost packages, contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date.

Returns and Refunds
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error is ours.
Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving returned items.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable for free shipping orders.
